Sikkim Scholarship Scheme 2017-18

The Government of Sikkim has announced the Sikkim Scholarship Scheme 2017-18. All the students who are are seeking for the same may check the related details below. The studentship amount will be given to the scholars as per educational courses according to their different eligibility requirements. The govt has decided a budget of Rs.26.90 Cr for scholarships for the year 2017 admissions. Eligible students should take benefit of this scheme by applying online for it through the official website.

Students who belonging to the state of Sikkim are hereby informed that the Government of Sikkim will award the Pre-metric scholarship to ST applicants. Those applicants who are learning in following programs such as 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, Under Graduate and Post Graduate i.e. B.A, M.A, BCA, BBA, MBA, MCA etc. are qualified and can fill Sikkim Scholarship Online Application Form. Students who are financially poor are needed this scholarship to continue their study and make a bright future. The Society Provide the great opportunity to the students by giving a reward amount to them to avoid the money problem. Eligible and interested aspirants may apply for the Sikkim Scholarship Form 2017 before the last date.

The Government of Sikkim will be awarding the Pre-metric scholarship to SC/ST/OBC/Minority candidates. The main purpose of this scheme is to encourage and help the students to complete their education by giving them the financial support.  All those students whose parent annual income is not more than 2 lakh are eligible to submit Sikkim Scholarship Application Form 2017 which is available online right now.

Eligibility Criteria for Sikkim Scholarship Scheme 2017-18

  • Applicant needs to have 60% average in his 10th and 12th/Diploma qualification.
  • Candidates need to be a bonafide student of Sikkim state.
  • The documents required need to be valid and correct.
  • Applicants must have studied his 10th and 12th in affiliated college and school.
  • The parental income should not more than 2 lakh per annum from all sources.

  1. Students Present Address.
  2. Sikkim Subject OR Certificate of Identification
  3. Caste Certificate.
  4. Parents Income Certificate
  5. Copy of Mark sheet of the last Exam Passed
  6. Passport size photograph
  7. Aadhar Card
  8. First Page of Bank Pass Book
  9. Current Fees Receipt
  10. Print out of the Filled Form.

How to apply for Sikkim Scholarship Scheme 2017-18

  • Go to the official website "www.sikkim.gov.in/portal".
  • Read all the detail about a scholarship.
  • Choose the proper link.
  • Then click on Apply Online.
  • Entering all the details on the appropriate space.                           
  • Upload the all required documents.
  • Upload your scanned passport size photo.
  • After completing your form press submit key.
  • Save your registration number for further use.
  • Now take a hard copy of your which you need to submit to Department.

Student of Avilashi under scholarship are not been provided with scholarship .we student belonging from Sikkim currently studying in Avilashi university himachal Pradesh are informed that they haven't still received any budget from Sikkim govt for St,and sc group ...I student of Avilashi I'd here with an request from my student side to go through it as soon as possible
