The Ministry of Backward and Minority Affairs Government of Sikkim is going to invite online applications for Sikkim Scholarship 2023-24. Students who belong to the backward, SC/ST and minority categories may apply for this scheme. As per the official news, total 29.90 Crore rupees has to be distributed by the government to the poor students. A fixed amount is set up by the government for every student. This amount is also based upon the course type, college reputation and student financial condition too.

All those students whose family income is coming under the poverty line and they belong to the reserved cast can get the benefits of this scheme. Students who belong to the state of Sikkim are hereby informed that the Government of Sikkim will award the Pre-metric scholarship to ST applicants. Those applicants who are learning in following programs such as 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, Under Graduate and Post Graduate i.e. B.A, M.A, BCA, BBA, MBA, MCA etc. are qualified and can fill Sikkim Scholarship Application Form 2023. Students who are financially poor are needed for this scholarship to continue their study and make a bright future. The Government of Sikkim will be awarding the Pre-metric scholarship to SC/ST/OBC/Minority candidates. The main purpose of this scheme is to encourage and help the students to complete their education by giving them the financial support.  All those students whose parent annual income is not more than 2 lakh are eligible to submit Sikkim Scholarship Online Form 2023 which is available online right now.

Eligibility Criteria for Sikkim Scholarship 2023

• Applicant needs to have a 60% average in his 10th and 12th/Diploma qualification.
• Candidates need to be a bonafide student of Sikkim state.
• The documents required need to be valid and correct.
• Applicants must have studied his 10th and 12th in affiliated college and school.
• The parental income should not more than 2 lakh per annum from all sources.

2. Sikkim Subject OR Certificate of Identification
3. Caste Certificate.
4. Parents Income Certificate
5. Copy of Mark sheet of the last Exam Passed
6. Passport size photograph

9. Current Fees Receipt
10. Print out of the Filled Form.

• Go to the official website "https://scholarships.sikkim.gov.in".
• Read all the detail about a scholarship.
• Choose the proper link.
• Then click on Apply Online.
• Entering all the details on the appropriate space.                           
• Upload the all required documents.
• Upload your scanned passport size photo.
• After completing your form press submit key.
• Save your registration number for further use.
• Now take a hard copy of your which you need to submit to Department.
