Who are eligible to apply for Mizoram Scholarship 2023?
Students who are pursuing 09th, 10th, 11th, 12th, BCA, BBA, MCA, MBA, B.A, M.A etc courses are eligible for this scheme. There are Pre-Matric, Post-Matric, Merit Cum Means & Minority Scholarship Schemes. These schemes are available for SC/ST/OBC/Minority communities only. Applicants must check the given criteria before submitting the application form online.

STUDYING inside MIZORAM
All aspiring candidates are required to produce a pair of PDF copies of their application upon successful online submission. Subsequently, they must dispatch one printed hard copy to the relevant School/College/Institution. This submission will undergo thorough verification against the uploaded documents in the Portal. Additionally, applicants should retain one copy for future reference.
STUDYING outside MIZORAM
Obtaining Your Fee Receipt or Institution Verification Certificate for Academic Year 2023-2024.
It is mandatory for every applicant to meticulously print a PDF copy of the application after successfully submitting it online. Subsequently, the printed hard copy, accompanied by all the documents uploaded in the Portal for verification, must be dispatched via Speed Post to the esteemed Secretary of the Mizoram Scholarship Board in Aizawl, Mizoram. Prompt adherence to this procedure is crucial, for failure to comply shall lead to the regrettable circumstance of the application not being entertained.
Eligibility Criteria for Mizoram Scholarship
- This studentship is only for Pre-matric, Post Matric, and top classes students. Note - For more details about the eligibility for these categories please visit Here.
- The Scholarship amount will be awarded to those students who have secured at least 50% marks in the previous examination.
- The annual income of applicant’s parents/guardian does not exceed Rs. 2 lakh.
- The distribution of scholarship among the States/Union Territories will be made on the basis of the population of the above-listed categories in the States/Union Territories of Census 2001.
- 30% of a scholarship will be reserved for girl students.
- The scholarship for SC and ST category applicants, there are a fixed number of scholarships for minorities is small and limit.
- Those students who belong to BPL families, having the lowest income shall give preference in the ascending order.
- The renewal applications will fully wear out before the new applications are considered.
- Scanned copy of previous year mark sheet of students.
- Scanned copy of self-Declaration by the student.
- Scanned copy of parental Income Certificate.
- Student’s Bank A/C Pass Book.
- Scanned copy of Institute verification form.
- Student’s Photo.
- Scanned copy of Religion Certificate (Self Declaration).

How to apply online for Mizoram Scholarship 2023-24
