NDDC FOREIGN POST GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP 2018-19

The Niger Delta Development Commission has invited online applications for NDDC Scholarship Scheme 2018-19 on its web portal. This scheme is only for those students who are admitted in Post Graduation (Master's degree) or Ph.D. for this session. Eligible and interested candidates can fill NDDC Scholarship Application Form through its official site which is www.nddc.gov.ng. This department is connected to the Human Resource Development society. The main purpose of this commission is to provide the money to the financial weak students for their further study.

The educational authority of NDDC announces this scholarship scheme for all those students who want to complete their higher study. The association organizes this entrance exam for selecting the dynamic and deserving contenders for providing the pleasant amount for all the middle-class family.

Eligibility Criteria for NDDC Scholarship Scheme 2018-19

1. Graduation and Post-Graduation degree from an authorized University will be required in any stream from the list given above:
2. Degree with minimum 2nd Class Lower Division for master’s Degree program.
3. Master’s Degree for Ph.D. candidates from a recognized University.

4. Applicants who have already enrolled in Overseas’ Universities are NOT eligible to apply.

5. Persons with evidence of cult membership or criminal record shall not be considered for the award.
6 Applicants must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC).

Necessary Documents:

• Recent passport photograph.
• Local Government identification letter.
• Relevant Degrees from recognized University.
• Identity proof of the applicant.
• Address proof of the candidate.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of Academic Merit, Supervisor, Choice of Host Institution and Tentative Area/Topic of Research after the evaluation of the Expert committee and the fellowship will be given to the eligible and selected students.
