Rajasthan Scholarship 2023-24

The State Government of Rajasthan has released notifications for Rajasthan Scholarship 2023-24 for the current session. The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and OBC students studying in various government affiliated colleges and institutes of the state.

The Samaj Kalyan Vibhag and Government of Rajasthan state offers lots of money to the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Diploma candidates. Students can apply online for Rajasthan Pre-Matric, Post-Matric and Merit Cum Means Scholarships before the last date.

After inviting the applications from across the state, the department upload the selected students list on the official portal. Eligibility of the students will be determined as per their academic record, family income and other documents. Selected candidates will be rewarded a fixed amount of money for their education.  

Eligibility Criteria for Rajasthan Scholarship Scheme 2023-24

Post-Matric SC/ST/OBC Scholarship

• The Scholarship is available for Indian Citizen only.
• This scheme is available for all Pre-Matric and Post-Matric courses with the exception of any training course.
• Candidates belong to any Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe & Other Backward Caste and permanent living in the state are eligible for this scheme.
• Candidates who have passed any courses previously and want to do the same course again with different subjects will not be eligible for this scheme.
• Students who pursue their studies through correspondence courses are also eligible. The term correspondence includes distant and continuing education.
• Students who are employed are also eligible for this scheme if their income plus their family income should not exceed the limit of annual income.
• All children of parents/guardian are also eligible to apply for this scheme.

Maximum Income Criteria To avail this scholarship

• The maximum annual income criteria for Rajasthan SC Scholarship is INR 250000 per annum.
• The maximum annual income criteria for Rajasthan ST Scholarship is INR 200000 per annum.
• The maximum annual income criteria for Rajasthan OBC Scholarship is INR 100000 per annum.
• The maximum annual income criteria for Rajasthan SBC Scholarship is INR 108000 per annum.
• The maximum annual income criteria for Rajasthan EBC Scholarship is 100000 per annum.
• The maximum annual income criteria for Rajasthan Sarvjan Scholarship is 500000 per annum.

• Students who are studying in National level institutions ie IIT's, IIM's, NIT's and all other listed national level institutes may apply for this scheme.
• Students family income including him (if he is earning) should not exceed 5 Lac rupees per annum.
• All other eligibility is the same as listed above.

How to Apply for Rajasthan Scholarship 2023-24

• Log on to the official website of Social Justice & Empowerment department of Rajasthan government that is http://www.sje.rajasthan.gov.in.
• Now go to the Apply Online/E-Services section on the left sidebar of the homepage.
• Click on the New Scholarship Portal Link.
• On the new page, read the details about the scholarship.
• If you are eligible then click on to the register or login button in case if you are going to renew the application.
• Now you need to fill the asking details in the form.
• Upload all documents asking in the form.
• Cross check all filled details and then click on submit button.
• Take a print out of the submitted Scholarship Application Form for further use
